If you own an Android device, you probably have a Google Account. Google allows all users access to Google Drive. Google Drive is a cloud-based repository that allows users to save files online and access the same from their chosen device, including smartphones, tablets, PCs, iPhones and iPads.
The company offers 15GB of free storage on Google Drive for all users. Google changed its free storage policy earlier this year. What this means is that any new photos and videos you back up will be counted into the 15GB storage that comes with each Google account.
How to save files on Google Drive on Android
1. Tap on the Google Drive icon to open the app on your device.
2. If you have not already done so, sign in to your Google Account.
3. Click on the + button in the lower left corner of your screen.
4. Click the Upload button from the menu.
5. Select the files you want to upload.
6. After the files are uploaded, you can access the files from the device of your choice.

How to save files on Google Drive on your PC
1. Visit drive.google.com.
2. If you have not already done so, sign in to your Google Account.
3. Click on the + new icon in the upper left corner of the screen
4. Click on the Upload button
5. Select the files you want to upload from your PC
6. After the file is uploaded, you can access the files from the device of your choice.
Here’s how to expand cloud storage
If you run out of 15GB of free storage, you can purchase additional storage to continue content retention on Google Drive. In India, users can choose from monthly and annual plans. Google offers 130 GB of storage space for 100 GB per month. If you need more space, Google also plans to offer 2TB of storage space for 650 rubles per month. Google also offers a plan to get 200 GB of data for 200 rubles per month.
Users who want to opt for annual plans can get 100 GB per month for 1,300 rubles a year. You can also earn 6,500 rubles a year for 2 TB per month. Google has announced that it will notify users in the app and by email by the end of its 15GB free storage.
