I was a man of two operating systems until the plague hit our home – Windows in the office and MacOS at home. Since last March, when all my work was done on the MacBook, I have clearly been a Windows user. I have to throw it in the office once for a while because I have a lot of time to figure out what Windows 10 is all about.
But I was limited in my macro for months and wondered if it was time to invest in the desktop, because it was the best position for me and an anchor in my work life – otherwise, I was all over the couch to the bed and work desk.
That’s why I’m happy to review the new MAC – this is the first time I’ve been reviewing gadgets. A week later, this is my review.
iMac 2021 Review: What’s new?
It is not uncommon for a device to be redesigned. Ironically, Apple has a tradition of making such devices. If you ask me, this year’s Mac is such a device.
Here is a desktop computer that is very different from a larger tablet. The new Mac is that thinner, no bigger than the MacBook when closed. Powered by Apple’s new M1 chipset, the new iPad Pro has no problem being thin without affecting power or performance.

The IMac’s 24-inch screen is mounted on an aluminum stand with a folder that allows you to adjust the display only to the angle you want. Like Apple’s other optical cables, there is a new magnetic charger on the back of the IMS. Nice touch, this one. The IMac has four USB-C ports on the back and a 3.5mm jack on the right. Another big change is the addition of a full HD camera.
iMac 2021 Review: What is good
The stunning sleek design of the iMac offers a premium and very future look. After years of using custom Windows desktops, it was amazing to see a computer that didn’t take up much of my work space and underneath. In fact, Imac left a lot of space on my desk, despite his awful presence. And that’s good, because it’s the softest keyboard, trackpad and mouse from Apple in the box.
The 24-inch display has 4.5K resolution (4480x2520p at 218 ppi) which is better than most TVs. Quality means you can agree more than 24-inch full HD. For me, this means that two windows open side by side and I still feel a little cramped. The colors on this screen are also clear and natural, which makes this a great investment for photographers and designers.

If you want to use IMEK for a short break between daily work-at-home meetings, the display is enough to get you to the festival. Then a six-speaker hi-fi system with Dolby Atmos makes you feel like there are cars and monsters behind you and behind the screen.
Many of these MACs are due to the new M1 processors. Although it is 8-core, it has a low-temperature fingerprint that allows for a comfortable computer design. The model I reviewed came with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of SSD storage. This means that all apps are open in Hyena and I can continue to open more and make them work like small fractions on the screen without any complaints from this thin giant.

An hour of work for me usually means about 20 unusual tabs on Safari, Chrome and Firefox – I use different browsers to identify personal and work profiles. On most computers, this would be a heavy burden on performance, and on IMS this was just to go to the zoom call and open the presentation for live participation. This is the kind of tool.
I was not sure how some of the desktop apps I was used to would work on an M1-based iMac. That doubt was called when I downloaded and ran the phone. Rosita: I started loading it and the app was running as usual a minute later.
Then there is the whole world of gaming through Apple Arks or other apps, and it uses iMac display and audio performance. An hour into a game session – always an effort for me – I ran my hands on the back panel and it felt great to be closed.

The biggest change for me using IMac was the amazing full HD FaceTime camera powered by the M1 image processor. Because of the clutter in my room, I tend to change background blur on magnifying calls. But this is a deadly combination, as others on iMac see it as a 3D cut out of my box. I wasted no time in asking what kind of magic I was doing. If you are a star that should be seen on calls made by millions of people, this is the tool you will get. I only supported the iMac for this feature if needed.
It was fun to type on the new keyboard that comes with IMAC. In some models, as I found it for review, this comes with a ‘TouchID’ key. Going from MacBook to iMac This keyboard is small and takes time to practice. But once you get into the pit, typing is a pleasure. When I have a stylish Apple mouse on the table, I use myself a much better trackpad – maybe just working on laptops and tablets for more than a year, trying to move a muscle memory or a mouse. All over the desktop to access the far corners of this 24-inch screen.
Review of the iMac 2021: What is not good?
For a computer that has impressed me in more than one way, it is difficult to find fault with the MAC. However, there is a warning for those who plan to buy this one. This iMac requires a 16amp power output that I did not have in any of the places where I could keep this computer. So I had to order a replacement online and wait for the review to arrive. Also, it is difficult to find a UPS with a 16A input, so keep this in mind.

Review of the iMac 2021: Should you buy it?
I don’t know about others, but I will definitely buy one because I see that I will be doing more at home in the coming months. Yes, this is a worthy investment for those who do quality work in your home, no matter what the field. And then this is just like MacBook and even in the family it costs a lot more. So for those who want to get a new home computer, or for those who want to work from home, it is an open purchase. This can only be doubled as a television and music system. For me, the iMac 2021 is the first computer for a pandemic.
