Hotel technology solutions providers Oki and Protel have launched a 2-way merger, enabling automated upgrades or services in Protel PMS.
Now Protel users can sell 100% auto-pilot mode digitally for most offers, including automatic personalization, so guests can only see what applies to them.
Hotels that use the original Oki Protel integration are aware of the fact that Okiy can use the hotel guest information from Protel to send custom deals.
Oki ensures that information such as check-in and check-out dates, room type, number of guests, etc. is distributed to guests and only offers related to their stay are shown.
