After 26 years of experience with 3M, Dr. Liu joins James Hardy, who has been involved in various research and development (R&D), business and international management roles. Early assignments in technical roles in many 3M product lines have led to the promotion of 3M Global Vice President of R&D, 3M Southeast Asia Vice President and CEO to recent senior vice president, R&D and 3M global consumer business. . Business Group. Joe uses his extensive and in-depth experience in R&D, business and general management to market new products that will help transform the way the world is built.
