Globe uses technology to increase employee care during the epidemic

DUDE serves as a health and mental health center providing daily health check-ups and safety alerts. It also connects employees to the Globe Virtual Counseling Service Hopechat.

Technology

Another initiative is Chatbot Wanda, a recognized chatbook that allows employees to send special e-cards to each other, which also helps to promote globalization recognition as they work separately.

Recently, the company launched an employee virtual assistant, or EVA, AI-powered chatbot that can answer employees’ HR-related queries. For more complex questions or queries, Eva also serves as a portal for raising HR class tickets.

Epidemic

Last year, Globe adopted a more comprehensive approach to active employee engagement, relying on more digital devices due to the limitations of its new work environment. These include virtual learning and fitness sessions, talk shows, educational webinars, and podcasts.

Through these health and wellness initiatives, Globe reaffirms its commitment to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, including SDG No. 3, which is for the good health and well-being of all. The company supports the principles of the United Nations Global Compact and contributes to 10 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
