Ertel has played a strategic role in the startup of blockchain technology startups

Telecom Major Bahirti Ertel announced on Thursday that it has acquired a strategic stake in Blockchain as a Service Company.

Artel aims to deploy Achilles blockchain technologies on a wide range of fast-growing Adtech (Artel Advertising), Digital Entertainment (Winke Music & Ertel X streaming) and Digital Marketplace (Artel Thanks App) applications.

“Bahirti Ertel … has acquired a strategic stake in the service provider Aquilax Blockchain under the relevant legal framework under the Artel Launcher Accelerator Program,” the company said in a statement.

He did not elaborate on the financial details of the deal.

Singapore-based Aquila has developed a proprietary blockchain platform that combines differentiated privacy and federal education into a distributed digital textbook.

This will enable brands to create safer and more agreement-based solutions to engage with customers in a rapidly evolving digital economy, the statement added.
