6. Try Canva at the beginning of the beginner
Kava is not your typical photo editor. Yes, you can trim photos, add text, or change the size instantly. What makes it stand out are templates that you can’t use to create your own presentations, social media graphics, greeting cards, marketing materials, posters and anything else you want.
Kava is also very easy to use. Drag and drop, easily recognizable editor can browse. You can sign up for a paid account to get access to premium images and templates. For basic use, you should be given everything you need, though a free account.

7. This video player can do it all
VLC is a free, open source media player that plays almost every audio and video file format. VLC even hosts webcams and streaming content and can convert media from one format to another.
VLC is not only powerful but also lightweight. It works fast, and there are no ads. Love that. It is also easy to use.
To run a video or audio file, you can drag and drop a file into an open VLC program or open it under the Media tab. The player buttons are simple and easily accessible at the bottom of the VLC window.

8. Free audio editing software used by professionals
Audio track editing is not only complex – especially for beginners – but programs for this task can cost you an arm and a leg. Not by Audacity, one of my favorite free programs.
It is easy to use once you have it. Even a beginner can pick up the process in a few minutes after watching the tutorials on YouTube.
If you have never used Audacity and the name sounds familiar, there have been reports of changes in policy terms and conditions in July. After reading the policy and the company’s response, I’m not worried.

Windows Filmmaker has long been one of the most popular platforms for editing videos. Unfortunately, the Native PC app kicked off the bucket in 2017.
